The Importance of Creative Arts for kids
What is formed in the childhood- greatly affects the subsequent development of a person.
  • Creative potential
    Everybody is creative. But after 4 years old children's creative thinking starts to be replaced by logics and memorize abilities. This is progressing in the active process of studying reading, writing, counting, making template tasks. In most cases the habit of creative thinking declines over the years. That's why for developing of imagination, intuition it is important to give work to right brain. And to continue creative arts activities for children as long as possible.

  • Personality basis
    Phychologists conclude that the basis of future aspirations and personal qualities of a man are formed before 7 years old.
    It's important to make cultural moral and aesthetic foundation in time, before child enter into the active social environment of influences.
    It is noted that teenagers period is going better if a child has developed understanding of beauty of the world, if he has interest to art, if he is passionate about creative arts. All of these influence the choice of interests, hobby and company of friends.

    Our method is based on our own experience of leading art activities for kids and also on the theories and practices of outstanding artist.
    We are practicing intuition drawing by Leonardo da Vinci, synthesis of paint and music by Kandinsky, filling thoughts by Pablo Picasso and other secrets of great persons in art and science.

    During the course kids are exporing the diversity of art media, styles and techniques. We are practicing drawing, painting, collages, performance, costumes and even architecture.
    Creativity develops figurative thinking, improves fantasy and imagination.
  • World's diversity in art
    We are studing with children plenty of art masterpieces of different times and nations in a simple and accessible way.
    Art is a way of exploring the world that shapes the worldview. That is why we choose for kids only art that reveal beauty, show the moral side of a person and are filled with a sense of harmony.


  • Touching art
    In the class we organized an opportunity to touch original ancient works of art! (from our collection). Children can touch, smell, understand how these art works are made. We will study the realism of the sculptural portrait in tactile experience, feel the warmth of ceramics of the 19th century, pat the painted horses on an ancient spinning wheel and investigate much more real items of folk art .
  • Playing Arts
    We are making educational games for children for the fascinating travel to the art world.
    If a child enjoys playing, then he has learned its content.

  • Visual art and music
    We realize the efficiency of combining music with creative art for developing creativity. For classes we made a special selection of music. For example, the picturesque compositions of Jackson Pollock seem to be animated with the music of his contemporary - jazz composer Charlie Parker. And at the lesson "Kandinsky's Workshop", children paint what they hear under the LIVING music performed by professional musicians.
  • Valuable results
    We pay close attention to how a small creator express himself, how he approaches the task, where he achieves special results. And we try to create a harmonious atmosphere so that every child can show his abilities and talents. At the end of the course, we will formulate the final conclusions of our observations of the creativity of the child and provide recommendations for further development of his talents.

    Co-founder of Larusse.com and Think New.Art
I was born in the artist's family. Graduated from Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design as an art historian.
2003-2012- I was a co-founder of Larusse gallery of Russian art. Took part in Ethnographic expeditions to the North of Russia. I am a collector of Russian costume and archaic art objects of 19-20 centuries.
I am an author of the course "Art collecting and art market" for students of the Stieglitz Academy, have led in 2010.
In the creative activities for children my method includes imagination development and creativity building. My art classes are educational, encouraging and fun!

    Each class is lasting 1,5 hours + conversation with parents after
  • Personal approach
    Every child is a unique person. We can take into consideration the features of your child- observing, choosing approaches and discuss strategies with parents.
  • Parents
    Target info from parents is important and welcome on the first meeting. On the last class we will make a discussion to compare "was and now" and to summerize the results.

  • According to the phsychological researches of children's imagination, primary schoolers have rather poor imagination nowadays. And this often causes the learning difficulties.
    The most successful formation of the imagination occurs in the game and visual arts.
    In my professional experience I see that in those cases when the family pay attention to creative arts, modeling, story-role games with children, their imagination is at a higher level of development.
    I'm a mother and I learn my son to see nuances and details in different areas, let him see variety of things.
